Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successful product launches
• In-depth knowledge of the urban mobility market, including trends and competitive landscape
• Experience with Agile methodology is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with Miovision's mission to lead in urban mobility solutions
• Conduct extensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for product development
• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with investment categories: enhancing core products (30%), protecting core business (40%), building next-gen platforms (20%), and innovating urban mobility solutions (10%)
• Prioritize product initiatives based on market needs, strategic alignment, and potential ROI
• Lead the creation of business cases for new products, including market analysis and financial projections
• Oversee pricing and packaging strategies to maximize profitability
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering to define clear product requirements that meet customer needs
• Mentor Product Line Managers (PLMs) in executing effective product strategies
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the product team to ensure user-focused design and development
• Monitor product performance using key metrics to drive improvements
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective product development and launch
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies that effectively position Miovision’s products
• Ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for effective selling
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders across the organization
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in urban mobility to identify innovation opportunities
• Drive the development of next-generation products leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, computer vision, and edge computing
• Cultivate a culture of innovation within the product team by encouraging experimentation
• Position Miovision as a thought leader in urban mobility by representing the company at industry events
