Summary

Join Immersive Labs as the Vice President of Product and lead the entire portfolio of 7 products, overseeing a team of 10. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive the business to the next level of scale and market penetration. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, building a roadmap, recruiting top talent, implementing best-in-class product operations, and working with the GTM team on pricing and packaging. Success will be measured by growth, customer acquisition, and expansion of the client base. This role requires proven product leadership, enterprise software expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills. Requirements

• Proven Product Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and directing product teams with a strong track record of leadership in product management roles
• Enterprise Software Expertise: Extensive experience leading product management in an enterprise software company with a focus on consumer-grade software and building products for non-technical end users
• Multi-Product Portfolio Management: Proven ability to manage and consolidate a multi-product portfolio, driving a cohesive strategy across diverse products
• Stakeholder Management : Strong experience collaborating effectively with GTM, Engineering, and other key functions to ensure alignment and success
• Business Acumen and ROI Focus: A strategic mindset with a strong focus on business acumen and ensuring a positive ROI on product decisions

Responsibilities

• Drive the alignment of product strategy with overarching business objectives, identifying market gaps and opportunities, and leading the execution for a diverse product portfolio to meet the most relevant market needs
• Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that balances strategic objectives with customer feedback. Prioritise initiatives effectively, demonstrating agility in response to shifting market conditions and customer needs
• Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent in product management, product design and product analytics. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives excellence
• Implement and scale best-in-class product operations and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Work closely with the GTM team to develop and refine product pricing and packaging for the multi-product offering. Ensure that these strategies align with product features and customer value propositions while facilitating successful market entry and growth
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including internal teams and external partners. Clearly articulate product vision and strategy, representing the voice of the customer to C-suite leadership and ensuring alignment across the organisation. Ability to balance requests from the commercial team with product roadmap and delivery
• Utilise a deep understanding of enterprise customers, especially those with high Annual Contract Value (ACV), to guide product strategy, development, and execution in a SaaS environment
