Requirements
- 12-15 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with at least three years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact product marketing teams
- Expertise in positioning and messaging for multi-product platforms, ideally in vertical SaaS or ERP categories
- Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market strategy for major product launches
- Strong ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with strong executive presence
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, customer journeys, and revenue enablement
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, market research, and strategic planning skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product marketing strategy in alignment with company goals, product roadmap, and customer segments across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
- Define and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product and feature launches, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth
- Develop and refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions that clearly communicate differentiated value for each product line and buyer personal
- Enable sales and customer success teams through impactful enablement programs, including training, collateral, competitive intelligence, and objection handling
- Lead competitive and market intelligence efforts, identifying trends, threats, and opportunities that inform pricing, packaging, and product strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation and Content teams to build integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate deals
- Establish and scale the product marketing function, hiring, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team
- Be a strategic partner to the CMO and Executive Team, providing insights and recommendations that influence company strategy, revenue growth, and customer experience
