Summary

Join Vericast as the Vice President of Product for Financial Services, a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and leading the product strategy for deposit, lending, and compliance products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)
• Master's degree or advanced degree (Preferred)
• Minimum of 10+ years experience in digital marketing and omni-channel strategies (Required)
• 10+ years of formal product management methodology experience blended with several years of practical experience, resulting in proven success launching new products (Required)
• 6+ years leading a team (Required)

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
• Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap to support company goals and strategies, including omni-channel initiatives
• Drive revenue growth through strategic product development and execution for deposit, lending, and compliance products
• Analyze the competitive environment and recommend action plans for maximum profitability
• Initiate, prioritize, and delegate projects within engineering, assisting in determining the best technical implementation methods
• Track product development and develop product launch plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Lead and manage a diverse team of Product Managers, hiring and coaching talent to leverage best practices and elevate performance
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product management function
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align digital product and experience strategies with customer needs, brand positioning, and revenue goals
• Create a standard framework around the company's product development efforts
• Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Spearhead and provide strategic leadership in 'build versus buy versus partner' analysis for new offerings or new markets
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations to create, communicate, maintain, and help enforce project timelines
• Contribute as needed to other Product/Design and User Experience projects
