Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years experience in digital marketing and omni-channel strategies
- 10+ years of formal product management methodology experience blended with several years of practical experience, resulting in proven success launching new products
- 6+ years leading a team
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap to support company goals and strategies, including omni-channel initiatives
- Drive revenue growth through strategic product development and execution for deposit, lending, and compliance products
- Analyze the competitive environment and recommend action plans for maximum profitability
- Initiate, prioritize, and delegate projects within engineering, assisting in determining the best technical implementation methods
- Track product development and develop product launch plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Lead and manage a diverse team of Product Managers, hiring and coaching talent to leverage best practices and elevate performance
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product management function
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align digital product and experience strategies with customer needs, brand positioning, and revenue goals
- Create a standard framework around the company's product development efforts
- Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and standards
- Spearhead and provide strategic leadership in "build versus buy versus partner" analysis for new offerings or new markets
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations to create, communicate, maintain, and help enforce project timelines
- Contribute as needed to other Product/Design and User Experience projects
