Web Designer

Summary

The job is for a part-time Web Designer based in Mexico City who will focus on web design and other elements. The candidate will work with the Head of Marketing and various teams, contribute to design projects, and optimize website UI. They should have 5+ years of graphic design experience, expertise in Webflow, project management skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of several design tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on web design
• Expertise in Webflow
• 3+ years of working in the Fintech or Finance industry, or has a proven track record of working in high-growth, quickly evolving B2B industries
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ever changing priorities, willing to wear many hats and scale his/her experience as we grow in order to prioritize the right things
• Fluent in English and Spanish, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions. Portuguese language as well would be a plus
• Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Comprehensive knowledge of: Webflow, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Figma

Responsibilities

• Design graphic concepts for various materials, including one-pagers, presentations, billboards, performance ads, event materials, merchandising, and videos/animations
• Strengthen our brand by enhancing current graphic materials and updating the brand book
• Optimize website UI to improve top-of-funnel performance across all regions
• Develop landing pages and web pages in Webflow to encourage website visitors to sign up
• Create engaging social media posts to boost brand awareness and followers
• Collaborate with internal designers and marketers to produce product videos for the website, social media, and email
• Implement designs for customer communications using Stripo and HubSpot
