Requirements

  • (Preferred but not required) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 2 years or more experience in web design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with web design tools like Sketch or Figma
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Passion for technology and a desire to innovate and push the boundaries of web design

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into compelling website designs that drive engagement and conversion
  • Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, landing pages, and microsites that reflect our brand identity and messaging
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders
  • Optimize web graphics, images, and other assets for performance and accessibility across various devices and platforms
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design and functionality of our web properties
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and adherence to web standards and coding practices
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience
  • Support ongoing website maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure a smooth and consistent user journey
