Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the role of Web Designer or similar
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe CC & Figma
• Ability to write clean and standards-compliant HTML and CSS, as well as proficiency in front-end frameworks like Twitter Bootstrap and Material UI
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessing
• A strong desire to continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with diverse team members
• Effective time-management skills
• Working proficiency in English
• Familiarity with using GitHub

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers and business analysts
• Illustrate design ideas with appropriate tools
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Bring the prototypes into fully usable by the development team HTML pages
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Be able to work on several projects in parallel
• Work as a part of a team and as an independent unit
• Work alongside other designers to facilitate optimal and comprehensive enterprise solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of best UX practices
• Building Design Systems Figma -> HTML/CSS
• Experience in developing enterprise solutions
• Ability to create motion graphics
• Wordpress knowledge
