Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in custom WordPress themes, plugins, and performance optimization
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (including frameworks like React or jQuery), and Git
• Detail-Oriented: Deliver pixel-perfect web pages that meet design specifications
• Growth Mindset: Eager to stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Strong Communicator: Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Website Development & Management: Own and optimize CloudTalk’s WordPress-based websites for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborative Projects: Transform design wireframes into functional pages while coordinating with designers and marketers
• SEO & Performance Optimization: Boost site speed, mobile responsiveness, and search engine rankings
• Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot, enhance user experience, and implement updates
• Quality Assurance: Test across devices and browsers to deliver a seamless user experience
