Responsibilities

  • Monitor the progress of all active web projects, conducting daily follow-ups, facilitating meetings, creating project cards, and tracking status updates
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery
  • Conduct first-phase QA for all project tasks before passing them to the design team for further review
  • Ensure the backend logic, structure, and frontend display align with project requirements
  • Follow up on client-side QA feedback to ensure necessary adjustments are made
  • Maintain close communication with client-facing team members to request necessary assets and ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across teams, acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Oversee the uploading of all website copy, verifying backend functionality and ensuring a seamless user interface
  • Manage data migrations, organizing spreadsheets and executing transfers as needed
  • Prepare for website launches, conducting performance checks and following predefined checklists
  • Assist team members in prioritizing tasks, helping them organize workloads based on project urgency and deadlines
  • Maintain a high-level perspective across all projects to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Reassign team members as necessary to meet deadlines and ensure smooth project execution
