Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape, including current trends, technologies, and applications across DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, the Metaverse, and other emerging areas
• Proven ability to identify high-potential founders with innovative Web3 ideas that align with Brinc's evolving investment thesis
• Actively source and cultivate a robust network of relevant Web3 startups and founders within the global ecosystem
• Conduct thorough research and evaluate pitched ideas based on their potential impact, technological feasibility, market fit, and tokenomics design
• Champion Brinc externally, acting as an ambassador and promoting the program to relevant Web3 startups and founders
• Contribute to mapping out the landscape of Brinc's Web3 startup ecosystem across different sectors and applications
• Participate in regular check-ins with the Brinc team to discuss the status of potential startups
• Assist the investment team with Due Diligence processes (potential for learning opportunities)
