Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing at least 15 completed website design projects
• Proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, prototyping, and component usage
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color, typography, and wireframing
• Knowledge of current trends and standards in the US market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices effectively

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on website and landing page designs using Figma, including expertise in Auto Layout, prototyping, and component creation
• Apply principles of color theory, typography, and wireframing to craft visually appealing and effective designs
• Ensure that all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and overall aesthetic
• Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other UI elements
• Maintain consistency in design across all web pages and applications
• Utilize knowledge of the US market to inform design decisions and tailor designs to meet client needs and preferences
• Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Clearly articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with project managers to understand client needs and translate them into designable solutions
