Summary

Join our team as a Senior Designer specializing in web design, UX/UI, and branded marketing assets. You will create user-friendly designs using Figma and Canva, encompassing websites, landing pages, and various marketing templates. Collaboration with developers, marketing, and sales teams is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, and marketing, along with expertise in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. A strong portfolio showcasing modern web design and marketing assets is essential. Remote work, 13 floating holidays, and 15 vacation days are offered.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, and marketing
• Expert in Figma and Canva, with strong design system and template creation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web design and branded marketing assets
• Experience designing templates and marketing materials in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Design responsive websites, landing pages, and web components
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve navigation, usability, and conversion
• Collaborate with developers (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred)
• Design scalable templates in Canva, Figma and Office (presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers)
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and marketing touchpoints
• Partner closely with marketing, developers, and sales teams
• Contribute to brand evolution and campaign ideation
• Help guide internal or external collaborators when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using HubSpot CMS to support landing page design
• Support animated assets or dynamic elements for web or email
• Create short-form videos and/or motion graphics for campaigns and social media
• Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus
