Requirements
- Expertise in custom PHP development on the WordPress platform
- Expertise with front-end JavaScript development
- Strong understanding of modular UI development with HTML and Sass/CSS
- Ability to develop mobile-first, responsive layouts
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Agile mindset, with the ability to break down complex designs and prototypes into smaller, shippable components
- Impeccable attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy new customer-facing website features and UI components, integrated with CMS systems
- Assist with implementation of conversion-focused marketing campaign landing pages and templates
- Integrate website systems with marketing automation, analytics, optimization, APIs, and CDN platforms
- Research and select new frameworks and platforms to improve development processes, security, uptime, performance, accessibility, and overall website experience
- Consult with the Digital Experience team and other stakeholders over the entirety of each project to ensure that website best practices are being considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong writer and communicator
- Integration experience with martech platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and APIs
- Experience with Node.js and serverless
- Experience with web performance, including CDN integration
- Familiarity with Git, build tools, and continuous integration
- Technical SEO and website accessibility knowledge
