Requirements

• Be a highly creative graphic designer with a portfolio that showcases your great work
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience designing graphics/websites with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar industry-leading web/graphic design software
• Be good at verbal and written communication in English. Conversational English is sufficient for this role
• Have a workspace free of distraction
• Have a download speed capable of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
• Be able to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Design complete websites, landing pages, web elements, custom icons, logos, illustrations, animated GIFs, and social media ads—all aimed at increasing conversion rates using Adobe Suite or similar design tools
• Continuously improve clients’ websites and marketing materials by collaborating with our team to create visually appealing, high-conversion designs optimized for user experience, SEO, and performance
• Conduct website performance and quality tests across devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones)
• Use WordPress frontend page builders
• Take on other tasks that keep your work varied and engaging

Preferred Qualifications

• Have illustration skills
• Have experience directly designing websites with WordPress page builders (Gutenberg, Beaver Builder, Elementor)
• Have an understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript/JQuery, and Git Version Control
