Website Optimisation Manager

Summary

Join UNLEASH.ai, a global HR community and marketplace, as a Website Manager responsible for enhancing and growing the company's websites using a data-driven approach. Collaborate with internal departments and development partners to oversee daily configuration, content creation, form integrations, and team support requests. Develop and implement SEO strategies, optimize gating and personalization, and drive audience growth. Work closely with editorial and marketing teams on content and digital marketing strategies. Manage website backlog and continuous enhancement feature delivery. This role requires experience with gating/personalization platforms, SEO, cross-functional teams, and data-driven approaches. Strong tech skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are essential.

Requirements

• Experience configuring a best-in-class gating / personalisation platforms in a media organization
• Track record of SEO strategy with demonstrable results
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional, cross –cultural, remote based teams
• Relationship building, management skills and experience of working with external technology partners
• Demonstrable experience in growing user engagement and audience using a data-driven approach
• Strong skills across core tech tools
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing demands to changing deadlines
• Able to communicate and present to internal and external audiences using a range of tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day configuration of UNLEASH.AI, UNLEASH World, and UNLEASH America
• Content creation support
• Form integrations using no code platforms
• Managing team support request
• Mangement of website backlog with website partner
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including optimization and weekly performance reporting
• Create and optimize gating and personalization strategies, along with weekly performance reporting
• Drive audience growth strategies across our digital real estate
• Collaborate closely with the UNLEASH editorial team on content strategy
• Work in tandem with the UNLEASH marketing team on digital marketing strategies
• Manage continuous enhancement feature delivery with our development agency
