Join Euromonitor as our Senior Marketing Operations Manager and lead our Marketing Delivery Centre of Excellence. You will drive operational excellence, campaign execution, and marketing analytics across global teams. This high-impact role involves collaborating with Product, Enterprise Technology, and Sales Enablement to deliver insights shaping marketing strategy. You will lead global marketing operations, ensuring timely and strategic campaign execution, develop and scale reporting dashboards, define and track KPIs, partner with Product Marketing, collaborate with Enterprise Technology, benchmark performance, manage and mentor Marketing Delivery Specialists, optimize marketing tools, and champion best practices. This role requires deep knowledge of Marketo and experience with various marketing technologies. Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Marketo (certification preferred); experience with Salesforce, Adobe, Monday.com, Power BI, Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven leadership and change management experience
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate data-driven stories clearly and effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead global marketing operations, ensuring timely, strategic campaign execution
  • Develop and scale reporting dashboards that unify marketing and sales data
  • Define and track KPIs to demonstrate ROI and pipeline contribution
  • Partner with Product Marketing to align delivery with product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to integrate marketing systems
  • Benchmark performance across channels and advise on optimisation
  • Manage and mentor two Marketing Delivery Specialists (Tokyo & Vilnius)
  • Own and optimise marketing project management tools and calendars
  • Champion best practices in technical delivery and analytics
  • Align digital metrics with paid acquisition effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with GitLab tech stack is a plus
