Join Wpromote's Digital Experience team as their Director of Website Strategy! As an independent contributor, you'll report to the VP, Digital Experience and manage 2-4 high-impact projects. Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or UI/UX Researcher, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects and manage multiple client accounts
- Strong business acumen and boardroom presence, with the ability to present and communicate effectively to C-suite stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools and platforms relevant to UI/UX design and digital project management (e.g., Figma, Sketch, CRO, User Testing, or similar)
- Strong data analysis skills, including the use of qualitative and quantitative data in supporting decision-making
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the successful delivery of large-scale digital experience projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Support client website strategies across a variety of business verticals and industries
- Guide clients in developing their digital website strategies for a new project, with an emphasis on user-centered design principles and marketing performance
- Interpret and articulate clients' business challenges and goals, while collaborating with design and technology teams to transform strategic insights into high-performing, user-focused website solutions that deliver measurable results
- Execute strategic analysis to solve business questions. This includes gathering information on our client's business processes, critical success factors, user personas, and peer set through interviews and research
- Build and nurture long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches by showcasing expertise in digital strategy, UI/UX, and client services
- Structure client presentations, documentation, and other collateral as needed
- Provide thought leadership on UI/UX best practices, emerging trends, and digital innovation
