Web Strategy Director

Summary

Join Abnormal Security as the Director of Web Strategy and lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for the company's websites. You will ensure the website is a powerful platform supporting all marketing efforts and enhancing user engagement. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including R&D, design, content, Product & Corporate Marketing, and Revenue Marketing, to optimize website performance. You will monitor website analytics, manage technical aspects, develop content strategy, and provide performance analysis and reporting. Success in this role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful website strategies
• Strong understanding of content strategy and digital marketing best practices
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Work closely with IT, design, and content teams to implement website projects
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the website supports their needs
• Develop and manage the content strategy to ensure it aligns with business objectives and provides value to users
• Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
