Join 20four7VA as a Wix Website Support & Maintenance Virtual Assistant! This senior-level role requires expertise in Wix, including Corvid/Velo, to manage post-build support, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our website. You will be the primary point of contact for routine maintenance, security monitoring, and small-scale enhancements. Responsibilities include seamless project handoff from developers, documentation of workflows, performance audits, SEO tweaks, and proactive issue resolution. The ideal candidate possesses strong website maintenance, SEO, and troubleshooting skills, along with excellent communication and documentation abilities. This is a remote, flexible position with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Wix, preferably with knowledge of Corvid/Velo for advanced customizations
• Strong background in website maintenance, SEO optimization, and performance tuning
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot site integrations and workflows
• Familiarity with security best practices, uptime monitoring, and backup solutions
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (Loom video updates, written changelogs)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable collaborating via WhatsApp and email, with at least 2 hours overlap with US Central Time (GMT‑5)

Responsibilities

• Shadow and seamlessly inherit the project from outgoing developers
• Document essential workflows, settings, and integrations for future reference
• Ensure no downtime or loss of functionality during the transition
• Perform weekly software/plugin updates and backups
• Conduct regular performance audits and implement incremental speed improvements
• Manage checkout workflow QA and refund testing
• Execute on-page SEO tweaks and content uploads
• Provide proactive uptime and security monitoring, with rapid response to issues
• Create clear Loom video summaries and concise changelogs for every update
• Support incremental feature rollouts (e.g., new landing pages, gated-content modules, product-page launches)
• Collaborate with the team on small-scale improvements aligned with marketing or product updates
