Summary
The job involves coordinating and managing the CEO's weekend travel plans, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining the CEO's travel preferences. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of travel coordination experience and be able to work weekends.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of travel coordination experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Detailed oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide weekend on call travel coordination and management support
- Manage the booking, rebooking, and/or rescheduling of flights, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and/or ground transportation as needed
- Follow up on all flights 24 to 48 hours prior to departure to ensure accuracy and that there are no issues
- Proactively track flights for delays and cancellations and help CEO find alternative arrangements
- Work to resolve issues at the earliest level before escalating to the Executive Assistantβs and/or the CEOβs attention. Escalate matters to Executive Assistant only if urgent
- Maintain the CEOβs history of travel-related preferences (likes/dislikes, airline and hotel membership numbers, dietary restrictions)
Preferred Qualifications
Executive Assistant (C-Suite) experience preferred
