Responsibilities

  • Book appointments with attendees worldwide
  • Take notes from calls and kick off action items, including some project management in ClickUp
  • Format references on articles we work on
  • Upload articles to WordPress
  • Follow up with clients
  • Book travels
  • Create invoices and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with human resource tasks
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Handle online purchases or cancellations
  • Set up and troubleshoot calendar apps
  • Supervise external contractors like web designers and accountants to catch any mistakes
  • Any other tasks essential for the operations of the company
