Summary

The job is for a Wine Advisor at Naked Wines, where the employee will make calls to existing customers to upsell products and services, enhance their experience, and exceed expectations. Responsibilities

• Calling existing customers (Angels) to maximise sales revenue by upselling products and services
• Enhancing ongoing experience with Naked Wines - whether that's picking the perfect case or helping them discover new wines and winemakers
• Exceeding customer expectations by understanding their needs using open questions, their purchase history, building relationships, and actively listening
• Having the discipline, resilience, and ambition to hit your targets, day in, day out
• Working as part of a team to create a positive and motivated atmosphere

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service, take responsibility for actions, maintain a hunger to succeed, consistently smash targets
• Personal, professional, and positive style that makes for loyal, happy customers
• Outstanding listening and communication skills
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to overcome objections whilst always doing what’s right for the customer
