• Exposure towards using AI in optimizing processes and analytics
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong conflict resolution skills and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in WordPress, with a track record of managing and leading technology teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of WordPress developers, providing guidance to enhance professional growth and technical skills
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion within scope
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for ongoing optimization and team efficiency
• Collaborate closely with clients, particularly from the U.S., to understand their needs, provide progress updates, and ensure client satisfaction
• Enforce high development standards, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for high-quality, scalable websites
• Streamline workflows to manage ticket resolution, prioritize tasks effectively, and improve operational efficiency
• Track team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to boost productivity and effectiveness
