Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (certification is an advantage)
• Comfortable configuring changes and determining downstream effects
• Expert with functionality related to Adaptive Planning
• Attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture, pragmatic problem solver
• Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications
• Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless deployment and post-deployment service delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions tailored landscape of the customer
• Handle all configuration and functional adjustments required in the client environment and responding to customer cases based on prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

• College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
• Software Design Courses
