Workday HCM Time Tracking Functional Consultant

Summary

Join Accenture Federal Services as a Workday Functional HCM Consultant to contribute to the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday solutions for US federal government clients. You will collaborate with client teams to gather and document business requirements, configure and optimize Workday modules, develop project plans and testing strategies, and provide post-implementation support. This role requires 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence configuration and implementation, prior consulting or project management experience within Workday Implementation, and Workday HCM Time Tracking certification. US citizenship is mandatory.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence configuration and implementation
• Prior consulting or project management experience within Workday Implementation
• Workday HCM Time Tracking certification required
• US Citizenship only; no dual citizens

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions and workshops with the client team to gather and document business requirements
• Configure and optimize Workday modules (e.g., HCM Time and Attendance)
• Develop project plans, timelines and testing strategies in alignment with project goals
• Support and administer Workday production environments by troubleshooting issues, managing system updates and optimizing performance
• Provide post-implementation support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with at least one full cycle Workday implementation
• Strong working knowledge of business process frameworks, system integrations (EIBs) and data management
• Workday HCM Absence certification preferred
• Experience managing project resources
• Bachelor’s Degree

Benefits

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is: $93,400 — $243,100 USD
