Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday dashboards and analytics to support HR initiatives
• Create custom reports and data visualizations to provide insights for decision-making
