Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in MD and PA
• 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law
• Strong understanding of MD and PA workers' compensation laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills and have the ability to work independently
• The position requires the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle a high volume of cases
• The desired candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with employer liability claims a plus
• Licensure in other jurisdictions is a plus
