Join Pearl as our Data Operations Manager and oversee a growing team of contractors managing robotic operations. This remote, full-time role, initially based on East Coast hours, requires managing workforce scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and data analysis to optimize efficiency. You will be responsible for optimizing scheduling across multiple stations, managing the hiring process, validating contractor timesheets, and analyzing data to improve operational performance. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Excel skills, a background in data analysis or workforce management, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, analysis)

Responsibilities
- Optimize scheduling for 10 stations operating across 2 shifts/day, 7 days a week
- Ensure full shift coverage, handle last-minute changes, and balance workforce efficiency
- Monitor and adjust staffing plans based on workload and productivity trends
- Manage top-of-funnel hiring through Indeed and other platforms
- Screen applicants, schedule and oversee trial shifts for new hires
- Coordinate with hiring teams to assess candidate performance and ensure smooth onboarding
- Validate contractor timesheets (1-2 hours per week) to ensure accurate payments
- Work closely with finance and HR teams to streamline payroll processes
- Clean and analyze operator productivity data to identify trends and improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain weekly workforce reports (e.g., task completion, hours worked, operator performance metrics)
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing workforce operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data science, analytics, or engineering
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Prior experience managing contract workforce teams
