Summary

Join UltraViolet Cyber as a Solutions Architect and collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to design and implement innovative security solutions. You will lead the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions, define solution architecture and roadmaps, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, along with extensive experience in architecture, software development, and cloud technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape business and technical requirements, and contribute to strategic planning. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 9+ years in an architecture role
  • Experience guiding Zero Trust Architecture solutions in large to enterprise environments
  • Expert knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), architecture frameworks, design patterns, and programming concepts
  • Significant experience working in a structured project delivery methodology
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, storage, and networking technologies
  • Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale systems and applications
  • Experience in project management, including budget and timeline management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and Zero Trust Architecture initiative
  • Lead the design, development, and documentation of end-to-end technical solutions for complex business problems in partnership with the Program Manager, Lead Security Architect, and leadership
  • Define and document solution architecture and roadmap, including identification of technical and functional components, data flow, and security requirements
  • Lead the project planning process for the ZTA solution
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of the solution
  • Lead the development and maintenance of business capability models
  • Ensure that the solutions align with the organization's goals, budget, and timeline
  • Partner in the strategic planning process, generating deliverables such as Capability Models, Capability Heatmaps, Capability Maturity Assessments, Capability Impact Assessments, Capability Health Assessments and Capability Roadmaps
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for adoption of new technologies and tools
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Advocate and help drive adoption of โ€œbest practicesโ€ to ensure standardization of solution architecture outputs across the enterprise
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • SECRET Clearance is desired, or ability to clear Federal Entry of Duty
  • ZERO TRUST Experience
  • Experience working in the Federal sector
