1st Level Technical Support

Summary

The job is a 1st Level Technical Support role at Trusted Shops, where the employee will provide technical support to customers, answer queries about product integration, and offer simple source code modifications. They will work in German, English, and Dutch, and have basic knowledge of HTML, with additional knowledge of CSS or Javascript being a plus.

Requirements

• Very good (at least C1 level) German, Dutch and English skills are mandatory
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• Clear and comprehensible presentation and explanation of technical information
• Solution-oriented thinking and very good analytical skills
• Basic understanding of web technologies and no fear of source codes
• At least a basic knowledge of HTML is a must. Additional knowledge of CSS or Javascript is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Answer technical queries from customers about the functionality and integration of Trusted Shops products
• Remove possible obstacles at an early stage, in cooperation with Customer Success Management or 2nd Level Technical Support
• Ensure customers optimally integrate all Trusted Shops functions into their online shops
• Advise customers by providing simple source code modifications
• Assist customers when taking their first steps on the Trusted Shops platform and explain available functions

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally first experiences with shop software systems (such as Prestashop or Wordpress/WooCommerce) and interested in familiarising yourself with them
