Summary

Pythian is hiring a remote Account Based Marketing (ABM) Sales Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the database, data analytics, and/or GenAI solutions space. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team, execute outreach strategies to nurture leads, demonstrate knowledge of Pythian's offerings, maintain a high level of organization, and participate in regular training sessions. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales development role, preferably within the database, data analytics, and/or GenAI solutions space
  • Strong background and familiarity with various marketing tools and technologies such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, 6Sense, Salesforce, Google Workspace, etc
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and excellent client service
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and energetic professional with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients and team members

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand current market campaigns, key messaging, and strategies to engage with active leads effectively
  • Execute outreach strategies to nurture leads from marketing campaigns using a mix of communication methods, including calls, emails, and social media
  • Demonstrate a profound knowledge of Pythian's offerings and articulate the value proposition clearly to potential clients
  • Maintain a high level of organization to track interactions with leads and report on the progress of sales opportunities
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques
