Accessibility Design Associate

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Accessibility Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other frontend languages and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for creating inclusive digital experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and address accessibility challenges
• Enthusiastic about driving innovation in accessibility within AI-driven platforms
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance the accessibility of product interfaces
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create inclusive designs and user flows
• Conduct accessibility testing
• Provide actionable recommendations to address accessibility issues and improve usability
• Assist in developing accessibility guidelines and best practices for the product team
• Advocate for accessibility principles throughout the design and development process
• Stay updated on the latest accessibility standards, tools, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
