Summary
Join LeanTaaS's Demand Generation team as a Senior Associate, driving customer engagement, retention, and expansion. You will own multi-channel engagement initiatives, execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns, and collaborate with various teams. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with marketing automation tools, and a data-driven approach. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using marketing to strengthen customer relationships. While listed as remote, the position is currently available only in specific states. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields or equivalent years of related experience
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, customer marketing, or account-based marketing
- Strong understanding of event marketing, email marketing, webinar execution, and virtual event planning to engage and retain customers
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
- Familiarity with GenAI applications in marketing, including content automation, predictive lead scoring, and AI-enhanced lead conversion strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations
- Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with account management, sales, client success and product marketing teams
Responsibilities
- Own and execute customer marketing campaigns across three business units, focusing on engagement, retention, and churn reduction
- Develop marketing programs that reinforce product value, drive adoption, and re-engage at-risk accounts
- Design and execute multi-channel customer engagement programs, including LeanTaaS hosted webinars, virtual roundtables, and regional User Group Meetings (UGMs) to foster peer networking and increase product adoption
- Act as a bridge between Demand Generation, Account Management, and Sales teams to align marketing with cross-sell and upsell initiatives, leveraging digital and event-based strategies; LeanTaaS hosted webinars, customer newsletters, and regional events
- Manage and optimize ABM efforts, including maintaining account lists, tracking key decision-makers, monitoring strategic accounts, and leveraging marketing technology for intent-based campaigns
- Assist in evaluating and piloting new marketing technologies and automation tools to enhance customer outreach and ABM efficiency
- Analyze and report on customer engagement, campaign performance, pipeline influence, and overall marketing ROI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or health tech marketing
- Knowledge of customer engagement scoring models and predictive analytics for retention and expansion
