Summary

Join Place Exchange as an Account Analyst in the Media Planning team, partnering with Sales and Client Success teams to provide exceptional client service in the dynamic programmatic OOH channel. This fast-paced role demands strong interpersonal and customer service skills, thriving in a team environment. Within 90 days, you will become knowledgeable about digital OOH and build relationships with internal teams and clients. Within six months to a year, you will support sales and client success by generating media plans, managing deals, and working with publishers. You will own the full sales lifecycle, track and report on campaigns, and collaborate with marketing and operations. This crucial role ensures smooth client experiences and successful campaign launches.

Responsibilities

  • Become fluent and knowledgeable about the digital OOH landscape, the efficacy of the medium and its emerging role as a pillar of omnichannel marketing
  • Build strong relationships with your Sales team, Client Success team, and client roster
  • Develop a reputation for being a solid resource and will develop the foundational knowledge of our business model and the various inventory and integrations we have across the United States and internationally
  • Communicate with internal resources (Sales, Client Success, Ad Ops, and Marketing) and our clients to ensure a smooth and positive customer service experience
  • Support Sales Directors and Client Success Managers by generating media plans, and presentations that enable Place Exchange to scale rapidly
  • Generate and communicate required deals for won opportunities, ensuring accuracy and successful campaign launch
  • Work closely with sales contacts at publishers will be key to the role to help advance client campaigns
  • Be a β€œgo-to” person who executes accurately and on time, meeting deadlines and being proactive
  • Own the full lifecycle (pre- and post-sales) of an opportunity from initial market research to contract creation and execution, including tracking and reporting throughout
  • Communicate campaign successes by collaborating with our Marketing and Operations teams for use in client collateral
  • Be the master of your domain - your Sales and Client Success team cannot operate successfully without you
