Summary
Join SPINS as a Senior Analyst, Client Insights and engage with clients to help them identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Deliver strategic analyses, insights, and recommendations using SPINS' proprietary assets and client information. Work with clients to understand their opportunities and develop growth solutions and strategies. Collaborate effectively within SPINS and client organizations. Leverage SPINS' quantitative and qualitative insights. The role requires experience with syndicated data services and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Remote work options are available for candidates outside the Chicago, IL area.
Requirements
- Prior experience with Circana, Nielsen, or SPINS syndicated data
- 2+ years of experience with a CPG company, consulting, market research, or syndicated data firm
- Proven goal-oriented, self-starter
- Analytical in approach; ability to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in datasets
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage and interact with senior-level leadership within the clientโs organization
- Advanced capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Account Management: discover and understand client needs, identify, and prioritize projects and requests, and establish insights agenda with the client
- Data & Insights Delivery: deliver against insights agenda through relevant projects
- Client Training: coordinate, facilitate and/or conduct client training on SPINS data and applications, ensuring they are able to effectively use, interpret, and apply them to their business
- Relationship Building: cultivate existing and new relationships across the clientโs organization
- Business Development: using a deep understanding of the clientโs goals, raise SPINS solutions that may solve their problems
Preferred Qualifications
Natural industry experience is preferred, but not required
