Summary
Join Starface World, a growing complexion brand, as an Account Coordinator! Reporting to the Account Director, you will be a shared resource for the Retail Sales team, building relationships with brokers and supporting various projects to achieve growth goals. This role requires experience in mass and/or drug retail, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. You will be responsible for managing retail tools, preparing for line reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting new vendor account setup. Requirements
- Have at least 2+ years of experience in Account Coordination in a retail sales setting, specifically with mass and/or drug accounts (e.g. Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens)
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong sense of proactive urgency - aka, you love to get things done
- Be positive and solution-focused - there is no challenge youβre not eager to tackle
- Be organized, meticulous, and dependable when it comes to detail - very little gets past you
- Be an effective and clear communicator - both written and verbal
- Be deeply curious about the world around you and are hungry to learn and grow in your role and in your career

Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of our retail partner landscape, products and roadmaps in order to support our Account Managers
- Build and deepen relationships with our key accounts by working closely with brokers externally as well as cross functional teams internally
- Be the face of Starface with our key broker accounts, while maintaining close, proactive communication with our Account Management team
- Maintain and organize all retail tools and record-keeping, including calendars, files, sales tracking reports, and any other relevant materials
- Support preparation for line reviews, including creating and organizing meeting and presentation materials, and any other related tasks as needed
- Partner cross-functionally with our Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, and Operations teams to provide feedback in further developing effective internal processes and seamless experiences for our existing, new, and future retail partners
- Participate in broker/buyer calls; execute the briefing process for all retail-related creative needs, supporting retail marketing, creative, and other cross-functional teams as needed
- Support Operations team in setting up all new vendor accounts: complete new Item/Vendor Set-Up forms (e.g. New SKUs, UPCs, WERCs)
- Submit all relevant paperwork to onboard retailer accounts and 3rd party partners (e.g. fixture companies and field execution)
