Join TechnologyAdvice's Avani Media agency as an Account Coordinator and support the Client Success and Operations teams. You will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This mid-level, full-time role is based remotely in the Philippines, with specific working hours. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant transferable working experience
- Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent English communication, verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask while upholding a high level of accuracy
- Organized and detail oriented
- Creative, problem-solving ability
- Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
Responsibilities
- Setting up programs in Salesforce - ensuring all details are entered correctly in our CRM
- Update programs with changes and keep accurate records between Salesforce and internal tools (Gsuite)
- Collect and organize client deliverables (landing pages, assets, creative material) from partners and share approvals with clients
- QA Landing Pages and submit edits before sending to the client
- Deliver leads and reporting details to clients weekly as directed
- Submit, track and deliver creative requests for campaign launch
- Assist with proposals as needed by collecting and compiling quotes, templated slides, and other requested documents
- Assist Client Success with QBR/Renewals by working with internal operations team and client to collect necessary data for reporting
- Own recurring client report creation and/or updates to external dashboards
- Run weekly reports and own dashboard updates for use in company standups
- Quickly respond to all internal emails/requests
- Conduct Lead QA as needed on client campaigns and deliverables
