Join Villa Homes, Americaβs leading homebuilding platform, as an Accounting Coordinator! In this role, you will perform data entry and document control for AP/AR transactions, maintain customer and project accounting data in Smartsheet and Bill.com, assist with escrow tracking and disbursements, and collaborate with the CFO and Controller on ad-hoc projects. Experience with Smartsheet and QuickBooks is preferred, and familiarity with Procore is a plus. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of $800 and a US work schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and document control for AP/AR transactions
- Help maintain our customer and project accounting data by ensuring data is current and accurate in our systems, including Smartsheet and Bill.com
- Assist with escrow tracking and disbursements
- Partner closely with CFO, Controller, and other stakeholders on ad-hoc projects
- Assist with various other projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet and QuickBooks is preferred; familiarity with Procore is a plus
- Plans to transition to NetSuite or NetShare , so adaptability to new systems is important
