Join HTS's Fintech Team as an Account Director and drive the success of fintech solutions with airline partners across APAC. You will collaborate with airlines to launch new products, optimize existing solutions, and identify new opportunities. This role blends strategy, product development, and partnership management, requiring strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and analytical abilities. You will build and manage strategic partnerships, lead product development, optimize existing solutions, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven partnership management abilities, excellent analytical skills, creativity, and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space
- Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines. This includes driving product vision, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with airline partnersβ goals and success metrics
- Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and maximize ancillary revenue opportunities
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make data-backed decisions to optimize product offerings
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to deliver seamless product experiences
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fintech and travel industries to anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities for innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with airline operations, challenges, and revenue streams, or previous experience working within the airline industry
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English. The ability to communicate effectively with ME and NA partners and stakeholders
