Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition and outbound prospecting
  • Have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas by landing net new logos and breaking into new markets or verticals
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where you drive your own pipeline and create opportunities from the ground up
  • Are skilled at multithreading complex enterprise deals, engaging stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Bring a consultative, value-based sales approach with the ability to map customer pain points to tailored solutions
  • Are a compelling communicatorโ€”clear, confident, and persuasive across written, verbal, and visual presentations
  • Demonstrate strong commercial instincts and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals
  • Quickly ramp up on new products, earning credibility and trust through product expertise and strategic insight
  • Are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms
  • Embrace continuous learning and feedback, and are always iterating on your sales process to improve outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, targeting, and closing net new logo opportunities within Mediaflyโ€™s ideal customer profile
  • Strategically prospect and build pipeline through outbound efforts, industry research, and creative outreach tactics tailored to high-value accounts
  • Navigate complex buying committees and multithread across executive and operational stakeholders to create urgency and momentum in the sales cycle
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from initial discovery to proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Partner cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to tailor solutions and positioning for new business opportunities
  • Maintain a sharp focus on pipeline generation, outbound velocity, and forecasting accuracy, using tools like Salesforce and DealDesk
  • Act as a subject matter expert across Mediaflyโ€™s full product suite to recommend compelling, value-driven solutions that align with prospect needs
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to transition and expand high-potential new clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities early in the lifecycle
  • Share feedback and market insights internally to refine go-to-market strategies, sales messaging, and product positioning
  • Represent Mediafly at industry events, conferences, and on social platforms to amplify brand awareness and generate new interest
