Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or higher, preferably in business, environmental science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in carbon accounting or sustainability are a plus
- Deep understanding of carbon accounting and sustainability
- Extensive experience in B2B sales (5+ years), preferably in selling software or technology products
- Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive presentation skills, strong negotiation abilities
- Experience in market analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate internal team and external audiences
- Ability to identify issues and take initiative to solve them
- Ability to adapt to change and handle various situations with flexibility
- Commitment to contributing to the success of the entire team
Responsibilities
- Develop sales leads and opportunities consistently, proactively drive sales stage progression of sales cycle, and close deals to meet individual quarterly sales target
- Research and target potential clients, conduct sales activities, create and deliver presentations
- Propose solutions based on client needs, negotiate contract renewals, and sell additional products and services
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, develop and execute sales plans
