Requirements

  • This position requires a very comprehensive understanding of the B2B media agency landscape and the candidate should actively be working with and have relationships with the leading B2B agencies in the technology industry in North America
  • Proven success in selling $2-5M in demand generation, display advertising, content syndication, and digital media to agencies in North America
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
  • Expert at confidently closing high-value, complex deals
  • Excellent client relationship management via the building of long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Expertise in demand generation, digital media, and evolving tech landscapes
  • Highly self-driven with a hunter mentality, always pursuing opportunities
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer-approved US state and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with our company

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan focusing on B2B agencies with an additional focus on the technology industry
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media
  • Create and execute key sales and business development initiatives to increase the sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around TA offerings to prepare and deliver appropriate proposals that accurately describe those products and set proper expectations
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and onsite client meetings on behalf of the company
  • Negotiate and close deals by handling rebuttals and objections
