Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the outcomes of our top accounts
  • Create and execute account growth strategies
  • Pursue new business opportunities with clients
  • Communicate the value we deliver to our clients through quarterly business reviews
  • Work closely with account managers and project managers
  • Mitigate client issues promptly and efficiently
