- Extremely detail oriented
- 8+ years of experience working at a digital agency
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the outcomes of our top accounts
- Create and execute account growth strategies
- Pursue new business opportunities with clients
- Communicate the value we deliver to our clients through quarterly business reviews
- Work closely with account managers and project managers
- Mitigate client issues promptly and efficiently
