Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of (preferably agency) experience
- Have a passion for digital marketing, know how to convince others with your sales talent, and have the ability to give clients the best possible advice
- Have great communication skills (verbally and written) and the ability to persuade
- Be experienced in working on pitches
- Be ambitious, results-oriented and know how to plan and organize
- Be fluent in Dutch and English
Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies, new service propositions and pitches
- Convince clients to work with DEPT®, by asking the right questions at the right time
- Utilize your sales experience and build solid relationships with potential clients and partners
- Drive strategic and sustainable client development and have a significant influence on the company's growth
- Development, management and KPI-driven planning of complex digital client projects and journeys - you will not only focus on the profitability of your budgets
- Communicative interface between our existing clients on the one hand and our cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists on the other
