Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of sales experience as a top performer selling to investment banks, or 3+ years of experience as an investment banking professional
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the investment banking industry, including key players and market trends
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in closing deals and achieving targets within investment banks
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Engage in intensive prospecting activities and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
- Sales Process Management: Competently manage the sales process from initial discovery stages to closing, ensuring all steps are strategically executed
- Transaction Closure: Efficiently close transactional sell-side M&A processes, leveraging investment banking relationships to facilitate swift deals
- Account Acquisition and Growth: Focus on acquiring new investment bank accounts and driving revenue growth through existing relationships
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with team members and managers to strategize and effectively execute sales calls, customer events, and educational sessions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market initiatives for investment banks

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with tech-enabled services and their application within investment banks is advantageous
