Join Aviv Group, a leading French real estate company, as an Account Executive! Based in the Pays de la Loire region, you will manage and grow a portfolio of professional clients (real estate agencies), offering customized digital advertising and visibility solutions. You will develop and present commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, ensure client satisfaction, and analyze results to optimize performance. Collaboration with internal teams and regular reporting to your manager are key aspects of this role. Success in this position requires strong B2B sales experience, ideally in real estate or online advertising, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and digital skills. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Requirements

  • You have various experiences in B2B sales, ideally in real estate, online advertising, or digital solutions
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills: You are comfortable in price/product negotiation, you know how to use persuasion techniques to maximize your conversion rate
  • Consultative sales: You know how to listen and guide your prospect to the solution that best suits them
  • Digital knowledge: You master digital tools and have a good understanding of online advertising solutions
  • Autonomy and organization: You are able to manage several actions simultaneously and prioritize your tasks
  • Relationship: You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to understand client needs and build a trusting relationship
  • Results-oriented: You have a strong taste for ambitious objectives and are motivated by the achievement of your KPIs
  • Mobility: You are based in the RhΓ΄ne department and are available for regular field trips

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize a client portfolio in the Pays de la Loire region, offering tailored solutions that meet each client's specific needs
  • Develop commercial proposals based on identified needs and available solutions, while respecting sales targets and the group's pricing policy (ad subscriptions, digital solutions to attract buyers and sellers, etc.)
  • Conclude contracts, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process and after signing
  • Monitor client accounts (field and remote), maintaining close relationships, measuring satisfaction, and providing recommendations to improve the performance of subscribed services
  • Analyze the results and services used, propose adjustments, and implement corrective actions to optimize client performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, product) to ensure the proper implementation of solutions and guarantee impeccable service quality
  • Regularly report your activities (account monitoring, results, etc.) to your manager, using internal monitoring tools
