Join our team as an Account Executive and be responsible for digitalizing commercial work, building the Swiss market, and presenting our vision to decision-makers in various industries.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in software sales
  • Native German speaker and fluent English speaker
  • Feel comfortable working with digital technologies
  • Strong network builder with excellent communication skills
  • Can work independently and have a proactive personality
  • Enjoy finding new ways to overcome challenges
  • Motivated to work in a performance-oriented environment
  • Can turn hot leads into deals
  • Have extensive experience generating and converting sales pipelines from cold calls to closed deals

Responsibilities

  • Build our Swiss market
  • Present our vision to decision-makers in various industries and convince them of our concept
  • Speak with different departments at the customer and meet their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on company communication – whether through blogs, trade shows, or webinars
  • Continuously analyze the market for successful implementation of business goals
  • Become the face of Beekeeper in Switzerland
  • Design new and optimize existing sales campaigns
  • Be part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of marketing, BDRs, and CS managers and steer the success you are responsible for

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS Business Development experience
  • Experience in a fast-growing company
  • Experience working with customers in HR, communication, and/or management
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, etc
  • Fluent in French for negotiations
