Join Candid Health as a dynamic sales executive with extensive enterprise healthcare tech experience to expand our customer base and drive business growth. This high-impact role directly aligns with the Director of Sales, CEO, and go-to-market leadership. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers, building trust, and creating sales opportunities. A key aspect of this role is designing and executing growth strategies, developing sales materials, and working with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience selling medical billing software and has a proven track record in sales strategy execution. The position offers a competitive salary range of $300,000-$375,000 OTE, including equity and employee benefits.
Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience selling medical billing software and/or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders or Billing Managers
- Have experience designing and executing sales, growth and/or business development strategies as either an early member of a startup team, or in an adaptive growth-oriented role in a larger institution
- Have deep experience driving business development in a healthcare startup ecosystem, ideally within the Revenue Cycle Management space
- Be fundamentally low-ego, care more about outcomes than inputs, and embody operational excellence in your approach
- Communicate exceptionally well, both in written and spoken modes
- Be motivated by the prospect of overcoming the daunting challenges that will lay ahead in order to achieve our mission and goals as a team
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers
- Build trust and confidence in our team's understanding and appreciation for the problems they actually care about, and then creating opportunities for our teams to work together
- Design and execute the strategy which will fuel Candid's growth by creating more opportunities to sell and deploy our software to customers who need it
- Develop sales munitions (playbooks, demo paths, sales materials, etc) and tradecraft which will position our team for rapid and effective growth
- Work as a member of capable, cross-functional teams to ensure that in addition to hitting our growth goals, we are building feedback loops between key aspects of our team and business in order to continually improving our ability to deliver for our customers
