Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Business Development Representative to help design and execute strategies for growth, engage with prospective customers, and develop sales materials. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure rapid and effective growth while building feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling medical billing and/or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders or Billing Managers
  • Experience designing and executing sales, growth and/or business development strategies as either an early member of a startup team, or in an adaptive growth-oriented role in a larger institution
  • Fundamentally low-ego, caring more about outcomes than inputs, and embodying operational excellence in your approach
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken modes

Responsibilities

  • Helping to design and execute the strategy which will fuel our company's growth by creating more opportunities to deploy our software to customers who need it
  • Identifying and engaging prospective customers, building trust and confidence in our team's understanding and appreciation for the problems they actually care about, and then creating opportunities for our teams to work together
  • Developing sales munitions (runbooks, demo paths, sales materials, etc) and tradecraft which will position our team for rapid and effective growth

Benefits

$250,000 - $350,000 estimated starting annual salary range
