Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or related industries
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas
- Strong network and experience selling to enterprise clients with complex buying cycles
- Skilled at engaging C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of results
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target enterprise accounts in key industries
- Manage the full sales cycle β from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and onboarding clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and reporting for executive leadership
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual success and long-term partnerships
- Provide market and customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies
